22 Nov 23 - Addendums 1 (Zip Folder included) and 2- RFI Responses

North East Water (NEW) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified provider to supply and install a Commercial off the shelf and or suitably designed forms and signature system for various NEW Business areas form requirements.

Its NEW intentions as part of the RFP to conduct an evaluation of the Respondents offerings and select one supplier to provide the service requirements.

This may require NEW during the evaluation process, conducting clarifications, investigations, interviews, presentations and testing respondents systems for a trial period in order to identify a fit for purpose solution.

NEW will not accept and RFP that only contains marketing materiel. Respondents are to respond directly to NEW technical specifications in order to provide a valid Proposal. NEW reserves the right to not evaluate responses that do not directly respond to NEW technical specifications.

NEW will only consider innovations where evidence has been provided to support proof of concept and priced against all the mandatory technical specifications

Cuttoff for Clarfications is 5pm on Friday, 24th November 2023.
