As part of the Community Housing Program () a building audit and Community consultation process was undertaken in July 2008 within the Umoona Community to identify dwellings to be upgraded. As a result of this process, two properties were identified for major upgrades. These properties require yard and external works, external fabric, external painting, electrical and plumbing.
