Bendigo and Castlemaine Water Reclammation Plants Planning Scheme Amendment Project

Coliban Water invites tenders for a consultant to deliver the following amendments to the Greater Bendigo and Mount Alexander Planning Schemes

• Amendment to apply the Public Use Zone 1 (‘PUZ1’) to all land that forms part of the Bendigo and Castlemaine WRPs
• Apply a schedule to the Buffer Area Overlay (‘BAO’) to land within the odour buffer of Bendigo and Castlemaine WRPs.

Please note that there will be no online forum, however queries will be accepted by email and phone up until 3:00pm, Wednesday 8th November 2023. Question and Answer addendums will be posted on the site intermittently.
