Description
Western Australia Country Health Services (WACHS) is seeking a panel of suppliers to provide a range of Child Development Services at specified locations throughout country Western Australia. The aim of the proposed contract(s) is to provide multidisciplinary care to children aged between 0 – 18 years with, or at risk of, developmental delay/disorders.
The proposed services to be provided are:
- Audiology
- Occupational Therapy
- Psychosocial Services (delivered by Clinical Psychologist, Psychologist or Social Worker)
- Speech Pathology.
