New Demountable and Refurbishment Works at 2 locations, Lismore and Coffs Harbour.

Minor internal refurbishment to an existing office fit out in Byron Barracks, Lismore and construction of new demountable office in an open area adjacent to an existing building, Coffs Harbour.

Refurbish and remodel the current office and meeting room on the ground and first floor at Byron Barracks, Lismore;

- Construction of new wall partitions to create an office;
- New ceiling and associated services (lights, smoke detectors etc);
- New door and window in the newly enclosed office;
- New blinds to conference room;
- Window tinting at high level;
- Relocation of existing concertina door;
- Decommission and remove existing air conditioning unit;
- Supply and install with new air conditioning units; and
- Make good as required above.

Supply and install new demountable office building (12m x 6m) and associated works at Fitzroy Barracks, Coffs Harbour;

- Structural footings to support demountable;
- New kitchenette including sink, tap, Zip hydrotap or equivalent;
- Supply, Install and Connect lights, power, GPO and data outlets;
- Supply and Install reverse cycle air conditioning units;
- Supply and Install smoke detectors;
- Connection to existing water supply and outlets;
- Connection to storm water to existing pits;
- Construct new undercover concrete pathway connecting existing building with the demountable building, including lights and steps at entry; and
- Supply and fix physical security e.g. steel bars to windows, tamper proof to lock etc.
