The objectives of this project are to:
- Design and implement a proficiency testing program
- Conduct preliminary check testing of water flow only, in parallel to the proficiency testing to provide an initial ‘snapshot’ and guide planning for a continuing program of check testing
- Design a formal, continuing check testing program for implementation by the Department.
