Description
The Department of Health and Ageing is requesting tenders for the provision of an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) solution , the National Complaints and Compliance Information Management System (NCCIMS), to support the needs of the Office of Aged Care Quality and Compliance (the Office), including services to support the implementation of the solution.This solution will provide more effective management of the Complaints Investigation Scheme (CIS) and compliance functions of the Office.This solution will need to include the ability to track cases, conciliation actions, investigation, compliance actions and reviews, and interface with other Divisional systems.
The solution will be designed and delivered as a result of the successful tenderer being awarded a contract under this tender process and will provide the primary means by which aged care complaints and compliance activities will be managed.
