Design & Construction - New shared use sporting pavilion - Albert Park

Parks Victoria (in cooperation with Sports & Recreation Victoria), invite suppliers to submit a fixed lump sum price for the design & construction of a new shared use sporting pavilion at Albert Park.

The project requires a design and construction team to finalise the design and commence construction in accordance with the tender documentation.

Please find attached all available information to allow for the submission of your price for both design and construction elements.

Please complete all tender schedules and provide all information as requested with your submission.

Tenders close on Thursday 6th May 2021 at 14:00pm

Submissions receive after this time will not be accepted.

All tender queries must be submitted in writing

Please note, Suppliers will be required to abide by Victorian Government policies & procedures, including but not limited to the following:

• Social procurement
• Local jobs First Policy
• Environmentally sustainable development (ESD) initiatives
