Description
This is a request to tender for the partial replacement, refurbishment, and upgrades to the air conditioning system at the Lancelin Health Centre,61 Gingin Rd, Lancelin WA 6044.
The work includes the decommissioning of existing units, installation of new packaged air conditioning systems and exhaust fans with associated new control strategy, replacement of external ductwork, and commissioning of the new systems to ensure proper airflow and pressurisation within the centre. The contract will cover all associated electrical, control, and mechanical services, with a 12-month defects liability period and ongoing maintenance requirements.
