WorkWell Community of Practice

WorkWell is part of WorkSafe Victoria. The program was funded by WorkSafe and launched in 2017 in response to a rise in mental injury claims. WorkWell’s goal was to support employers to drive system-level change to prevent mental injury and create safe and mentally healthy workplaces.

WorkWell use a multi-pronged intervention, providing employers with access to knowledge sharing, resources and funding opportunities aimed at building the capability, confidence and commitment of leaders to drive organisation-wide cultural change and prevent mental injuries among Victorian workers.

WorkWell is seeking to fund two Communities of Practice (CoP). Each CoP will require one organisation to lead a consortium of partners, to collaboratively design and deliver the Community of Practice (CoP).

Each CoP will focus on a priority industry and upskill workplace leaders to create psychologically healthy and safe workplaces.

Priority industries include:

• Public Administration and Safety
• Construction
• Education
• Healthcare and Social Assistance
• Transport, Postal and Warehousing
• Manufacturing
• Wholesale Trade
