The works comprise a new gymnasium of precast concrete construction incorporating storage areas and refurbishment of existing adjoining changerooms. Services upgrade of technical studies including exhausts and machinery relocations and minor partition works. External siteworks associated with the gymnasium. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 3 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
