EDWARD JOHN EYRE HIGH SCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHY LAB

The works will be tendered as a lump sum contract and comprise of converting an existing classroom into a Photography Wet Lab and Theory Room. The work will generally include electrical, plumbing, joinery, carpentry, air-conditioning, painting, sheetmetal work and floor covering replacement. It is proposed that the tender call for the project will be in January/February 2001, with work to commence in April 2001. This is a functioning Senior High School and as such Registrations will be assessed on project specific responses received to the following criteria: - Evidence of the ability to work in occupied Government schools or offices - Evidence of ability to complete projects within a defined program - Evidence of technical ability to carry out the proposed works - Evidence of ability to successfully manage a team of sub-contractors - Proposed key personnel to undertake the works with curriculum vitae - Evidence of similar work successfully carried out within country areas A short list will be determined from the Registration of Interest responses received. Registrations will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are suitably licensed General Builders. No registration will necessarily be accepted.
