Description
ASIC's Evidence Services area is responsible for collecting, processing, searching and enabling review of electronic material for ASIC internal clients as well as outside counsel. ASIC receives large volumes of electronic documents in the course of its investigations.
ASIC requires a system to assist in early case assessment (ECA) as part of its evidence handling and processing systems.Currently ASIC is using Nuix but wish to welcome other solutions the market may have to offer that meet the requirements set out in the Statement of Requirements.
