Komiatum Barracks Refurbishment, QLD

The project involves a scope of works concerning 11 buildings within the Komiatum Barracks precinct located in Mackay QLD. The tasks include compliance works and end-of-life refurbishments to buildings associated with the replacement of flooring, roof access safety system compliance, repair and repaint of internal and external surfaces, water service isolation security and compliancy, removal of fire smoke and alarm system, upgrade of an external wall, making good of damage to walls and ceilings, replacement of chain wire to vehicle bay gates and rear wall of bays, provision of an asset register for fixing to building exterior.
