11520 & 11521 Landscape Maintenance Services Mawson Lakes and Citywide

This RFQ is for the Provision of Lanscape Services to the Mawson Lakes and Citywide areas.

• The contracts will contain two separate portions of work, Mawson Lakes and City Wide, which can be delivered independently without affecting each contract. The tender however will allow for potential delivery of both portions by a single contractor should that represent value for money and efficiencies in service delivery.
• The scope of works comprises total landscape maintenance services within the Mawson Lakes Development for Reserves and Streetscapes under the control of Council and for the same in the following developments under Citywide; Springbank Waters, Greentree Walk, The Boulevard, and Pitman Park. Irrigation maintenance is excluded from the scope of works.
• A specification is provided for each portion, identifying Council’s Service Level requirements and outcomes.
• Council's objective is to ensure Council Reserves and Open Space areas are maintained to the agreed service standards.
• Council will have the discretion to award each portion of services to separate providers or if the Tenderer can provide innovative solutions and value add, may award both portions to a single provider.
• It is not mandatory for Tenderers to submit for both Tenders. Each portion of services will be evaluated separately and a further stage of evaluation will occur for tenderers that can provide innovative solutions and/or value add in being awarded both portions.
• The contract term is 3 years, with two +1 year extension options available.
