Work consists the construction of a new toilet block including disabled facilities built of brick veneer on a concrete raft slab with metal sheet roofing and associated plumbing services. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 4 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
