Renewal SA is seeking Expression of Interests (EOI's) for an experienced and suitably qualified D&C Principal Construction Contractor for the Seaton Lot 1002 Affordable Apartment Project.
The Seaton Lot 1002 Affordable Apartment Project is a pivotal initiative under South Australia’s Housing Roadmap and A Better Housing Future strategy. This project addresses the urgent need for affordable housing, aiming to deliver 42 affordable apartments by June 2027 through the Housing Australia Future Fund Facility (HAFFF). This funding model ensures cost neutrality for the state while providing high-quality housing.
