Principal Contractor, Refurbishment Works to JCU Building 039 Computer Room

James Cook University are seeking a suitably qualified principal contractor to successfuly complete the extensive refurbishment works to JCU Townsville's Building 039 Computer Room. The works include Preliminaries, Demolition, Construction and Practical Comletion/Handover. JCU request lump sum offers for the works to be evaluated as per the documentation provided in this QTenders issue, the criteria shall consist of Mandatory, Technical and Price (Lump Sum).

The specifications and requirements for the works can be downloaded in section 3 of tis QTenders Issue.

The works shall be adminsitered by JCU's AS4905 Medium Works Contract and at time of this issue practical completion is the 18th of August 2023.

Submissions close 2:00pm 19th May 2023 and all lump sum offers are to be submitted via QTenders.
