Description
QBuild a commercialised business of the Department of Energy and Public Works invites you to submit a tender for 91610CC1, Civil Construction site setup works, as part of the Modern Methods of Construction program.
Works may include:
- Site establishment activities
- Demolition works
- Site clearing
- Build earthworks
- Inground services infrastructure
- External fencing and retaining walls
- Other as required
Tender submissions must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Public Liability Insurance - Minimum of $20m
- Workers Compensation as required by the “Workers Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003”
- Office located within Queensland
- Be registered as a QBuild contractor (or willing to obtain registration if successful)
