Greenbank State School: C Block Refurbishment and Modular Removal (Eligibility: PQC Level 2 Contractors) Design & Construct, 34-702328 (Admin) & 34-702329 (Modular Refurb)

The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for Principal Contractors to undertake refurbishment and demolition works at Greenbank State School – 24-36 Goona Road, Greenbank.

Tender documentation is available to PQC Level 2 Contractor by contacting Ridgemill Pty Ltd via email [email hidden]. Please send a copy of your PQC Certificate with the request for tender documentation.

Electronic tenders are to be submitted by Friday 22 September 2023 at 2:00pm at [email hidden].

IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.

Site Visit Details:A site inspection has been arranged on Friday, 8 September 2023 at 9:30am, at Greenbank State School. Tenderers are to sign in and meet the Project Manager at the school Administration Building.
