This tender is for engagement of a consultant to undertake the Client-side design management and construction contract management roles. Scope of engagement will include:

1. Successfully guide the Contractor through the design phase to deliver a technically compliant design that provides a value for money, constructible solution to ensure the project can be delivered safely within budget.
2. Ensure the design and construction is completed within the required timeframe
3. Ensure the design and construction is completed within the budget.
4. Ensure the design and completed works meet the requirements of Queensland Rail and the project stakeholders.
