Description
The Department of Education, Training and Employment (DETE) is seeking offers from suitably qualified and abled maintenance organisations to perform, sub-contract and manage various works required by Queensland state-owned educational facilities.
The goal of DETE is to leverage the volume of required maintenance at state-owned educational facilities across Queensland under an arrangement to gain stronger competitive pricing and improve the quality and efficiency of service delivery to all state-owned educational facilities. Additionally, the objective of a Standing Offer Arrangement is to provide schools with an easier and more efficient option to engage Contractors through circumventing the need for multiple quotes and involved evaluation processes when it comes to delivering their maintenance works.
