The DCCEEW seeks a consultant to deliver an options analysis for input into the Strategic Business Case. Specifically, the scope of this proposal is to provide analysis of the following options to meet requirements of a strategic business case under the Infrastructure NSW and NSW Treasury business case guidelines: Smaller Off-River Storage (1 - 5 GL) near Tamworth - New smaller off-river storage upstream of Tamworth with water extraction from the Peel River at Paradise Weir, with nominal 100 ML/day pipeline capacity for transfers to and from the storageTransfers from Keepit Dam - Construct a new pipeline and booster stations to transfer water from Keepit Dam to Calala WTP.Transfers from Split Rock Dam - Construct a new pipeline and booster stations to transfer water from Split Rock Dam to Calala WTPManning River Pipeline to Chaffey Dam - Manning River catchment to Chaffey Dam Pipeline including a new storage off the Barnard River The deliverable will be an options assessment report supporting the delivery of the SBC.
