Camira SS - DDA Access and Amenities Refurb (with Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of new DDA compliant ramps and refurbishment of the student amenities including the construction of a new PWD toilet at Camira State School, located at 184-202 Old Logan Rd, Camira Qld 4300, as part of the Education 4 All (Ed4All) program.

All works are to be completed by July 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 million

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
