Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of an existing outdoor learning area located on Level 4 at Queensland Academy for Creative Industries, 61 Musk Avenue Kelvin Grove Urban Village QLD 4059.
Refurbishment works include waterproofing entire slab before resurfacing; installing artificial grass, outdoor furniture, planters as well as replacing an existing shade sail.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
