Service Payment System

The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is seeking offers for a Service Payment System.

The solution will support the calculation and payment of Translink's Public Transport Contracts.

The Service Payment System will replace the disparate use of spreadsheets, databases, and poorly supported toolsets to deliver full contract payment functionality that meets business and contractual requirements.

The Solution will:

• Automate and integrate TransLink’s contract payments business processes;
• Share common data and practices across the business units;
• Manage contract payment information, and
• Retain and proliferate knowledge in the business.
