Vienna Woods State School - OHSC and Uniform Shop Upgrade (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new Uniform Shop and upgrade of existing Outside School Hours Care facilities (OHSC) at Vienna Woods State School, located at 12 Heffernan Road, Alexandra Hills QLD 4161.

The works include construction of a new uniform shop within an existing covered outdoor area and refurbishment of the existing PS78 learning Hub to provide Outside School Hours Care facilities. All works are to be completed by the end of April 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1M
