Browns Plains State High School - Commerce Block Refurbishment and Flexispace (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of a new Flexispace and refurbishment of the existing Commerce Block at Browns Plains State High School, located at Ivor Street, Browns Plains QLD 4118.

The scope includes refurbishment of an existing general learning area including external works to create a new flexible learning area (Flexispace) and the internal refurbishment of the remaining Commerce Building including new walls, electrical and flooring. All works are to be completed by June 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
