Description

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the Redbank Plains SHS - F Block Refurbishment at 39-53 School Rd, Redbank Plains QLD 4301

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that hold the appropriate QBCC builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works.

To be eligible, Contractors must hold:

  • Current QBCC licence class: Builder – Low Rise, or greater;
  • Public Liability Insurance to $20m
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance to $1m
  • Work Cover insurance
