Metro North Hospital and Health Service is seeking porposals from Service Provider to work collaboratively with the Indigenous Mental Health Intervention Program team to deliver transitioanl care services from a mental health, social, and emotional wellbeing framework to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men prior to release from custody and 6 months post-release.
