Accommodation Refurbishment - Longreach Bay and Fays Bay

Rottnest Island Authority (RIA) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the Longreach Bay and Fays Bay Accommodation Refurbishment at Wadjemup/ Rottnest Island. The objective is to provide enhanced visitor experiences with improvements to visitor accommodation units on the island. To implement initiatives outlined in Rottnest Island Management Plan RIMP 2023-28, a select number of accommodation units in Longreach Bay and Fays bays have been selected for refurbishment. The scope of works associated with this design and construct contract is the refurbishment of units in Longreach Bay and Fays Bay to conform with the requirements set out in the RFT documents.
