Monitoring and Evaluation Services

The RIC is now seeking the assistance of an experienced outsourced provider toundertake M&E on behalf of the RIC in line with the Commonwealth Evaluation Policy principles and in accordance with agreed evaluation work plan and program evaluation logics. The chosen supplier will be expected to produce publication-ready reports for each evaluation and present them to key stakeholders, assist in determining if medium to long term policy objectives have been met, provide a sound evidence base for future policy development and review and complete a currently in-progress short-term evaluation for the AgBiz Drought Loan.
