AC2 Remediation Works ? Seal and rectify pipework leak above smoke damper control board where required. ? Replace Supply Air - 2 cold duct connections to Air Con - 2 casing and insulate joints. ? Seal floors within all Air Con - 2 chambers with low Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) antimicrobial polyurethane sealant. Priority to seal cold deck floor. ? Install new non-perforated powder coated steel internal cladding to walls and roof of cold deck. All joints to be sealed with anti-microbial silicone sealant. Existing corroded panels to be either removed or treated with corrosion inhibitor coating prior to cladding. ? Replace all existing insulation on Chilled Water pipework internal to the AHU. New insulation to be closed cell polyolefin foam, complete with external vapour barrier. ? Replace corroded filter frames with new GSS frames. ,. : ? Thoroughly clean cooling coils and condensate drip trays and comb out coil fins. - ? Replace coil condensate lines with Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and ensure PVC tundish is maximum 25mm from outlet. Full internal clean on completion of works using anti-fungal and anti-bacterial cleaner
