Information Technology - Identity Governance and Administration Product

Queensland University of Technology (QUT) invites Offers for the supply of a software product that will provide Identity Governance and Administration and contribute to the overall Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution for QUT.

Note this RFO is for a software product only and responses are expected from product vendors / manufacturers, not professional service providers.

QUT requires an Information Technology - Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) product to meet QUT’s requirements as outlined in the document.
In summary, QUT's requirements are:
- A product that is successfully implemented and currently in use in the higher education arena;
- An existing commercially available product;
- A product that meets the defined product requirements;
- A licensing model that supports a Higher Education identity structure;
- A list of current approved vendors from which QUT can select an acceptable implementation support partner or a negotiated vendor acceptable to both QUT and the supplier. The vendor’s own professional services team may be nominated;
- At least three references for implementations of the product, in Higher Education institutions of a similar size to QUT, that will be able to discuss their experience with the product, including but not limited to:
o Length of time to implementation
o Number of resources/team size
o Issues encountered
