Description
This tender aims to:
- merge the existing WorkCover Queensland common law and corporate (appeals, prosecutions and recoveries) legal panels;
- ensure WorkCover has access to the best insurance lawyers in Queensland at a reasonable cost to employers;
- appoint law firms to the panel, rather than individual solicitors;
- ensure all panel members are working in partnership with us to meet WorkCover’s corporate and social objectives; and
- review the costing model.
