The Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service (DDHHS) is seeking to engage suitable qualified and resourced organisations to provide Patient Satisfaction Surveys and Associated Services. DDHHS wishes to enhance the quality of service provision to all patients and consumers of health services. To achieve this DDHHS is seeking meaningful feedback from patients upon which plans can be based to improve the patient experience..
