Standing Offer Arrangement for Provision of Card Printing and Mail house Services

Smart Service Queensland (Smart Service), part of the Department of Science, Information Technology and Innovation (DSITI) has issued this Invitation to Offer (ITO) with the objective to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the provision of Card Production, Printing and Mail house Distribution Services. These services are primarily required by Smart Service to satisfy the requirements of their various card services schemes/programs. However, Smart Service will also make this arrangement available to other government departments, including budget sector agencies, commercialised business units, government owned corporations and statutory authorities.

Smart Service is seeking to establish a panel of supplier/s to provide Card Production, Printing and Mail house Distribution Services to support the delivery of cards and services it currently provides to Queenslanders, and any future services it may introduce during the term of the SOA.
