Included as part of the Works for Tradies program (Program), the State of Queensland through QBuild, a business unit of the Department of Energy and Public Works the Principal) invites you to submit an offer for project 88736 - Design & Construct 3x 2-Bedroom Units at 46 Marr St, Edmonton (Cairns), QLD, 4870.

This Program involves the construction of a number of new social housing accommodation in key regions across Queensland, and is intended to boost housing supply, drive economic activity and support constructions across Queensland.

Mandatory Tender Requirement: One of the key objectives to be achieve through the delivery of this Program is maximising opportunities for locally based building contractors. To be eligible to tender on this project, it is a mandatory requirement for tenderers to have a physical office (through which the project will be delivered) located within 125KM radius of project location. Failure by a Tenderer to satisfy the above mandatory requirement may result in the Principal declining to accept the Tenderer's Tender.
