Provision of Architectural Services for the Design and Upgrade of Claisebrook Electric Vehicle (EV) Depot

Transperth is seeking to engage an Architect consultant to work in conjunction with PTA to prepare a Scope of Work and Technical Criteria (SWTC) to support a Design and Construct (D&C) Contract for the proposed modification works to the Claisebrook Depot. The modification works are proposed to facilitate the increase in the capacity of the existing Claisebrook bus depot to accommodate an increase in the CAT bus fleet from 45 buses to approximately 70 buses. The intent of this scope of works is to prepare an SWTC for the Claisebrook Depot modification works project. The PTA seeks the provision of Services, including (but not limited to): A suitably qualified contractor with the capability and capacity to develop the SWTC for the redevelopment of the Claisebrook CAT Bus Depot.
