Youth on Track is an early intervention service providing culturally appropriate support to young people aged 10-17 involved in or at risk of involvement with the justice system. Following a re-commissioning process in 2023, YJNSW has supported new ACCO service providers in co-designing and delivering the program based on local needs and priorities. The next priority is an Aboriginal-led evaluation of the program, identifying enablers for success and critical success factors. The evaluation will be Aboriginal-led and involve a two-stage process, including an evaluation framework and recommendations for improvement.
