Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and construction of a new flexible learning area and outdoor learning areas at Upper Coomera State College, 137 Reserve Rd, Upper Coomera QLD 4209.
The works include the refurbishment of an existing general learning area in G Block to create a new flexible learning area (Flexispace) in addition to the construction of 2no. small outdoor learning areas. All works are to be completed by 21 August 2020.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works.
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.
