Cisco appliances form the backbone of the ICT network and include Nexus unified fabric switches, Catalyst router/switches, Wi-Fi controllers (5500) and firewall/proxy (ASA).To have the most cost effective support coverage that meets the IDS production requirement, the service are obtained based on the product support life cycle:• For the equipment that is not reached the end of support life cycle: Cisco SmartNet• For hardware is outside the Cisco Product Support Life cycle:
