Station Footbridges and Underpasses - Structural Inspection

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake Detailed Visual Inspections (Level 2 Inspections) for station footbridges and underpasses on the Perth Urban Rail Network. The inspections are routine and cyclic in nature. They are carried out to assess the asset condition and detect any signs of distress or deterioration that may pose a safety risk. Early detection can also reduce the rate of deterioration. The findings of these inspections can be used to determine the requirements of routine repairs and major periodic maintenance activities. The goal of the assignment is to enable PTA to ensure structural integrity of these structures and contribute to the delivery of Rail Safety and On-Time-Running (OTR) Reliability requirements expected of PTA.
