Package A: Cost Advisory Services Develop risk adjusted development cost, capital cost and operation cost estimates during the optioneering, development and procurement phases of the project, as well as assisting in the evaluation of proposals from market via strong experience in financial modelling, cost estimation and project cost development. Package B: Risk Advisory Services Develop and maintain the project level risk management protocol plan, monitor, report and assurance of risks and issues through key project development milestones, Quantitative Risk Assessment, specialist risk management support during procurement of the Network Operator Package C: Schedule Advisory Services Prepare and maintain the project schedule, determine the critical path and delivery timeframe, and collaborate with other Managed Service Providers for necessary information. Conduct monthly schedule updates, reporting, and Schedule Risk Assessments to validate P50 and P90 estimates.
