Description
Delivery of the IT networks and AV systems at the Foundation Building of the Moreton Bay University Precinct, which will be undertaken in 2 stages, with both stages potentially within the scope of this RFP.
* Stage 1 – Network and AV Systems Specification, Design and Implementation Planning
* Stage 2 - Network and AV Systems Installation and Commissioning
The objective of this RFP is to obtain fixed-priced proposals for the services for Stage 1, for direct engagement with USC, and a Time and Materials estimate for the Stage 2 services.
Please note:
The following criteria are mandatory, and USC reserves the right not to evaluate responses if these criteria are note met:
• AV over IP experience on large scale projects as demonstrated in Response Schedule 2
• A capacity and capability to deliver Stage 1 and Stage 2 services including a detailed completed statement of works and pricing for both stages
