Description
The Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy (DNRME) are seeking to dispose of approximately 1912 hectares of rural land, comprising of 39 parcels in Glendower, on the Albert River near Beaudesert. DNRME has engaged Property Queensland (PQ) of the Department of State Development, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning to divest these parcels
In order to deliver the divestment program efficiently, PQ is seeking to procure a suitably qualified real estate agent to coordinate and undertake the sale of approximately 39 Glendower parcels and potentially another 18 Glendower parcels. The number of properties may vary and will be discussed further with PQ.
