Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) is seeking offers for DSDILGP-EDQ-2476-21 Stage 1 Waterfront – Maritime 3 Landscape - Northshore Hamilton.

The EDQ Priority Development Area (PDA) referred to as Northshore, is located six kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. As the largest waterfront urban renewal project in Queensland, Northshore is destined to become a true Brisbane icon.

Over the next 20 years, this 304-hectare precinct will be transformed from an old wharf into a vibrant waterfront hub. With its inner-city location and superb river views, Northshore will be a major drawcard — a source of inspiration and innovation, with smarter living, open spaces and world-class design for everyone to enjoy. Northshore will deliver up to 10,000 jobs and more than 12,000 residences when fully developed.

EDQ require landscape works to be delivered for the Maritime 3 waterfront. The works for this project involves but is not limited to:

• Demolition
• Landscape works
• Civil Works
• Electrical Works
