Landsborough SS - Playground Upgrade (with Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction to upgrade the existing
Playground at Landbsorough State School, located at 41 Gympie St N, Landsborough QLD 4550, as part of the School
Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The Playground Upgrade includes two (2No.) new Shade Structures, Artificial Grass, Softfall, Sandstone Seating, Soccer Nets
and associated Line Marking, as well as other Landscaping and Imporvments. The position of the Playground is along the
Western school boundary with ample site access and working space. All works are to be completed by April 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

 Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
 Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 Million

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are
required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
