Queensland Academy of Health Sciences - Building A renovation and Building C refurbishment

The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for a renovation, refurbishment and fitout including associated works for Building A and Building C located at Queensland Academy of Health Sciences (QAHS) at 102 Edmund Rice Drive, Southport QLD 4215.

Tender submissions will be accepted from eligible contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 2.

Submissions close on Tueday, 26^nd October 2021 at 2:00pm via email submission, attention Nicole Wilson at [email hidden]. No late submissions will be accepted.

IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
