Particulars
Procurement seeking architecture services for the development of pattern designs for semi-detached housing typologies. The consultancy will work flexibly to understand the project approach, identify and workshop issues, make recommendations and deliver documentation suitable for the pattern book as detailed in the Project Scope below. Focus areas include: housing typologies, cost-effective construction and construction methods, buildability, planning and design considerations, pattern replicability and adaptation, and industry perspectives.
